BAHL decides to purchase TPL Properties’ flagship project ‘Centrepoint’

August 20, 2020 (MLN): Bank Al Habib Limited (BAHL) has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with TPL properties Limited’s for the purchase of its flagship project ‘Centrepoint’, located off Shaheed-e-Millar Expressway near KPT Interchange, Karachi.
The same was confirmed by TPL Properties via an announcement on PSX, wherein it further stated that the transaction would be subject to completion of necessary formalities and obtaining of all necessary approvals and consents.
Earlier today, TPL had approved the sale of its flagship project and informed the exchange about the same.
