Babri Cotton Mills delisted from PSX

March 31, 2022 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has delisted Babri Cotton Mills, as a result of merger / amalgamation it with and into Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited, a notice issued by bourse showed today.
As per the notice, the delisting from the Exchange will take effect from Monday, April 04, 2022.
Trading in the shares of Babri Cotton Mills Limited has already been suspended and the shares of the surviving entity (i.e. Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited) have been issued to the shareholders of Babri Cotton Mills Limited as per the Swap Ratio, the notice said.
