Awwal Modaraba's shareholding transferred to Wasi Investment

November 26, 2024 (MLN): The entire shareholding of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited (AMML) has been successfully transferred to Wasi Investment Finance Limited after the completion of all necessary corporate formalities.

It is worth noting that, prior to this acquisition, the stake was held by Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited.

This development was communicated by First Prudential Modaraba (PSX: PMI), of which AMML is the management company, through a notice issued to the PSX today.
