AWWAL acquires 10% holdings of PMI, PAKMI, and KASB’s issued certificates

November 11, 2021 (MLN): Awwal Mudaraba Management Limited (PSX: AWWAL), in compliance with SECP regulations has acquired 10% holding of PMI’s issued Modaraba Certificates from Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited.

Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited is a holding company of AWWAL.

In another notification issued earlier today, AWWAL informed to acquire 10% holdings of KASB and PAKMI’ issued Modaraba certificates.

AWWAL was incorporated on June 5, 2014 with an aim to float and manage multipurpose Mobaraba Funds. It is the management company of Awwal Modaraba, KASB Modaraba, First Pak Modaraba (PAKMI) and First Prudential Modaraba (PMI).
