January 27, 2020 (MLN): Avanceon Limited has been recently awarded a contract (approx. Rs. 20 million) to provide filed instrumentation and engineering services to one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies.
As per the contract, the company will be responsible for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of field instruments and provision of engineering services for one of its downstream storage facilities located in Karachi, Pakistan.
Avanceon will be assisting the client in expanding, modifying and revamping its blending & storage facilities and decanting area. This expansion and modification project will include addition of Field Instrumentation & Process Control System (PCS) for the revamped facilities and integration of existing system with the new PCS.
The scope of work for this project includes.
1. Supply, hookup, termination and commissioning of field instruments
2. Plant startup/operational assistance
3. Complete suite of Engineering Services which will include, project management, site management, site HSSE supervision and a team of dedicated skilled resources throughout the duration of the project
Expected to be concluded in 2020, this Contract gives a pathway for positive impact on the group's business and value for its shareholders.
The company expects to complete the project within the agreed timeline. HAZOP study will be carried out before the start of the project with failsafe plans to address any safety, quality and environmental issues.
