ATC Holdings to make further equity investment in National Foods Ltd

September 17, 2019 (MLN): ATC Holdings, the holding company of National Food Limited, via notification to PSX has conveyed that the company has decided to make further equity investment of up to Rs 300 million by way of acquiring ordinary shares of National Foods Limited.

The shares will be acquired from the open market during the period of next 12 months.
