Asad Ali resigns as non-executive director of First Dawood Properties

September 19, 2024 (MLN): Asad Ali Sheikh has resigned as Non-Executive Director from the Board of First Dawood Properties Limited (PSX: FDPL) with immediate effect.
FDPL informed market participants through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
Accordingly, the casual vacancy arising from this resignation will be filled by the Board of Directors in due course.
