Application submitted by K-Electric to SECP to hold AGM for the year ended June 2019

December 24, 2019 (MLN): K-Electric via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that the company has applied to SECP to issue a direction to hold AGM for laying therein annual financial statements of the company for the year ended June 2019 for approval of the shareholders, latest by 15 May 2020.
Further, K-Electric would inform the PSX without any delay as SECP Direction is issued.
To recall, the company had informed SECP in November that it was not possible for the company to finalize the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2019, complete the audit process and hold the AGM within the extended time viz. by 27 November 2019.
