ZUMA clears acquisition of sim.market eSIM brand through UK subsidiary

October 05, 2026 (MLN): Zuma Resources Limited (PSX:ZUMA) has approved the acquisition of 100% ownership and associated rights of the sim.market brand through its wholly owned subsidiary, Zuma Global Ltd, United Kingdom.

The company's Board of Directors approved the move at a meeting held on October 2, 2026., the company’s filing on PSX revealed.

The Board has also authorized the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and finalize the terms and structure of the transaction, including the purchase consideration, adjustment or settlement of receivables, assets and liabilities, transfer of related business rights and assets, and any other commercial terms deemed appropriate in the best interests of the company.

The proposed acquisition covers, where applicable, the sim.market brand and trademark rights, domain name, website and platform rights, goodwill, associated intellectual property, customer and commercial rights, and other related business assets and rights forming part of the sim.market business.

The platform, www.sim.market, is an international digital connectivity and eSIM platform that provides travel and global connectivity solutions to customers across multiple markets.

The company said the acquisition is aligned with its strategy of expanding its presence in the technology and digital telecommunications sector and developing its international eSIM and connectivity business through Zuma Global Ltd.

Zuma said it will make further disclosures on the finalization and completion of the transaction, and on any other material developments, as required under applicable laws and regulations.
