Amtex Limited reveals disposal of Faisalabad properties

May 27, 2025 (MLN): Amtex Limited (PSX: AMTEX) revealed the sale of its Land and Building at Chak 204 R.B. Canal Road, Raza Garden Faisalabad, along with land at Chak 120 J.B.

Sargodha Road Faisalabad, as part of a debt repayment plan under negotiation with its lender banks, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The entire proceeds from the sale will be adjusted against the company’s loans by the respective banks and financial institutions.

The Board also decided that the plan will be finalized subject to shareholders' approval at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The meeting schedule will be communicated to the exchange in due course.
