Agritech Board approves share transfer to Fauji Fertilizer, Maple Leaf

January 24, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), in a meeting held on January 24, 2025, approved the transfer of ordinary shares of the company, the notification issued to the local bourse.

These shares were acquired by Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC) and Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (PSX: MLCF) under the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited acquired 7,847,930 ordinary shares at a price of Rs39.05 per share.

Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited acquired 1,484,912 ordinary shares at a price of Rs39 per share.
