June 25, 2025 (MLN): Sitara Developers (Private) Limited purchased 50,000 shares of Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: SITC) at Rs450.00 per share through the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on June 24, 2025.

SITC is a Shariah-compliant company certified by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Shariah Governance Regulation 2018.

The principal activities of the company are operating Chlor Alkali plant, Oleo chehmical plant, and the yarn spinning unit.
