Saudi Arabia, Pakistan reaffirm commitment to regional stability

June 25, 2025 (MLN): Saudi Arabia and Pakistan reaffirmed the importance of continuing necessary efforts to uphold regional security and stability.

The reaffirmation came during a phone call held between HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, and Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan.

The leaders discussed recent developments in the region, including the ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel that recently came into effect, according to the press release issued.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s stance in advocating for the resolution of disputes through dialogue and diplomatic channels.

He also commended the Kingdom’s fruitful efforts in promoting peace and stability in the region.
