SYS to consider potential acquisition of IT entities

April 28, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors of System Limited (SYS) has authorized the company to consider and finalize terms for expansion of digital technology business through potential direct and indirect acquisitions of IT entities, the company’s filing on PSX said on Thursday.

It may involve inter alia the 100% acquisition of entities providing IT services locally and internationally, including software development, software maintenance and system integration.

Upon finalization of terms and conditions to expand and develop its digital technology business, the management has been asked to present to the Board of Directors for their final consideration and approval.
