SIAL Canada 2024 kicks off in Montreal, featuring Pakistan's food industry

May 16, 2024 (MLN): SIAL Canada 2024, Canada’s largest food exhibition, began today in Montreal, where authorities are showcasing rice, fruit, pink salt, and the food industry of Pakistan.

This show is the only event of its kind in Canada, bringing together more than 800+ national and international exhibitors from 44 countries and welcoming more than 21,000 professional visitors from Canada, the United States and 60 other countries.

This three-day exhibition is being attended by 10 companies from Pakistan with more than 20 participants.

The Pakistan pavilion at the exhibition, was inaugurated by Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Canada Zaheer A. Janjua which is garnering strong interest and may lead to increase in bilateral trade between the two countries

Addressing on the occasion, the High Commissioner Zaheer A. Janjua said that SIAL Canada is the only national trade show to offer a complete range of food products under one roof.
