SECP grants NBFC license to Cordoba PE Management Ltd

August 15, 2025 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted a license to Cordoba PE Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CLVL, to undertake the business of Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund Management Services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC).

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) was incorporated in Pakistan on December 01, 1986 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.

The Company is principally engaged in the business of logistics and other ventures.
