Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,800 per tola

September 23, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs453,936 per tola, down Rs1,800.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs389,176 after a decline of Rs1,544, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs356,757 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,008 per tola (-Rs30) and Rs6,008 per 10-gram (-Rs25).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,312 an ounce, down $50.7 or 1.16% from the previous session, as  investors factored in the likelihood that major central banks would keep borrowing costs elevated for a longer stretch in their bid to tame persistent inflation.
