Pakistan's Engineering products have a lot of potential in Africa: Razak Dawood

August 25, 2021 (MLN): Sazgar has become the first Pakistani Company to export 3-Wheelers (Rickshaws) to Ethiopia.

The company will export a batch of 170 Rickshaws next month.

Sazgar is a Pakistan-based manufacturer of fully indigenous auto-rickshaws & other 3-wheeled transporters. It is the largest manufacturer seller and distributor of 3-wheelers across Pakistan and is also the only exporter of 3-wheelers or any indigenously produced vehicle in Pakistan.

While congratulating, Adviser to Prime Minister of Pakistan for Commerce and Investment, Abdul Razaq Dawood said that this is a vindication of Govt's "Make-in-Pakistan" policy.

He further said that Pakistan's engineering products have a lot of potential in Africa. He urged the exporters to aggressively market their products to new destinations in order to diversify Pakistan’s export portfolio.
