June 26, 2025 (MLN): The benchmark KSE-100 Index concluded Thursday's trading session at 122,046.46, showing a decrease of 715.18 points or 0.58%.

The index traded in a range of 1,275.45 points showing an intraday high of 123,417.87 (+656.23) and a low of 122,142.42 (-619.22) points.

The total volume of the KSE-100 Index was 244.24 million shares.

Of the 100 index companies 27 closed up, 71 closed down, 1 were unchanged, while 1 remained untraded.

Top losers during the day were PSEL (-8.35%), PKGP (-4.64%), ABL (-4.51%), PGLC (-4.18%), and YOUW (-4.14%).

On the other hand, top gainers were NATF (+8.07%), GHGL (+5.86%), PABC (+5.84%), TGL (+4.83%), and FHAM (+4.00%).

In terms of index-point contributions, companies that dragged the index lower were BAHL (-116.30pts), LUCK (-94.95pts), HBL (-88.30pts), PSEL (-63.12pts), and SYS (-44.34pts).

Meanwhile, companies that added points to the index were ENGROH (+124.68pts), NATF (+48.88pts), PPL (+29.53pts), GHGL (+28.20pts), and TGL (+25.10pts).

Sector-wise, KSE-100 Index was let down by Commercial Banks (-433.46pts), Cement (-167.75pts), Technology & Communication (-74.50pts), Power Generation & Distribution (-68.53pts), and Fertilizer (-64.08pts).

While the index was supported by Inv. Banks / Inv. Cos. / Securities Cos. (+106.19pts), Glass & Ceramics (+53.30pts), Food & Personal Care Products (+49.79pts), Tobacco (+10.18pts), and Paper, Board & Packaging (+8.94pts).

In the broader market, the All-Share Index closed at 76,303.21 with a net loss of 336.34 points or 0.44%.

Total market volume was 758.54 million shares compared to 749.80m from the previous session while traded value was recorded at Rs29.93 billion showing an increase of Rs1.90bn.

There were 326,438 trades reported in 473 companies with 200 closing up, 237 closing down, and 36 remaining unchanged.
