March 31, 2021 (MLN): Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in an announcement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange said that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on March 31, 2021, has appointed Mr. Zafar Masud as Chairman Board in terms of Companies Act,2017.
