NetSol transfers 24,310 treasury shares to employees

November 18, 2025 (MLN): NetSol Technologies Limited (PSX: NETSOL) has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange of the transfer of treasury shares to eligible employees under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
The company stated that following the Special Resolution passed in its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on December 31, 2024, it approved the sale of treasury shares in line with Regulation 13(6)(b) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.
In its latest update, NetSol confirmed that it has transferred and sold 24,310 treasury shares at a price of Rs. 77.84 per share to the respective employees through their CDS accounts.
This move shows the company’s ongoing commitment to rewarding its workforce and aligning employee interests with long-term shareholder value.
