National Foods subsidiary divests 50.5% stake from A1 Bags and Supplies

October 13, 2025 (MLN): National Foods Limited’s (PSX: NATF) wholly owned subsidiary, National Foods Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (NFDMMC), has executed a Share Purchase and ancillary agreements with Chemical Chase Morgan Partners and Arfa Holdings Incorporated on October 10, 2025, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Under the transaction, 50.5% of the 60% shareholding in A1 Bags and Supplies Incorporated, held through National Epicure Incorporated Canada, has been duly divested

This development follows the company’s previous disclosures made on August 19, 2025, and September 16, 2025, regarding the same transaction.
