LHC sanctions merger scheme between FATIMA, Pakarab Fertilizers

November 11, 2025 (MLN): The Lahore High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangement, and Reconstruction between Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pakarab Fertilizers Limited (PFL), effective from January 1, 2025.

According to a company filing submitted, Fatima Fertilizer and PFL had jointly filed a petition seeking approval of the scheme.

Under the approved arrangement, Fatima Fertilizer will transfer its Multan plant operations to Pakarab Fertilizers Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the sanctioned scheme.

The company confirmed that a certified copy of the court’s order was received on November 8, 2025.

This development marks a significant milestone in the group’s restructuring process, aimed at streamlining operations and improving business efficiency within the Fatima Group.
