LUCK announces buyback of another 173,000 shares

October 18, 2022 (MLN): Lucky Cement (PSX: LUCK) on Tuesday announced a buyback of 173,000 shares of the company at a price of Rs511.73 per share, the company filing on PSX showed today.

The company also announced a buyback of 35,000 shares at a price of Rs511.92 per share on Monday.

Similarly, on September 21, the LUCK board of directors announced a buyback of up to 10 million shares of the company having a face value of Rs10 each.

LUCK also announced the buyback of shares on the 12th, 13th, and 14th Oct to purchase its 90,000, 5,000, and 9,000 shares at the rate of Rs511.86, Rs512.70, and Rs512 respectively.
