Innovate47 launches Food and Agri Accelerator

 Innovate47, a global venture builder and entrepreneur support organization, today announced the launch of its Food & Agri Accelerator, an eight-week program designed to support high-potential founders building solutions at the intersection of agriculture, food systems, and climate resilience.

With a growing network of startups from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, and Pakistan, Innovate47 has established itself as a global platform for innovation in the Global South.

Building on this foundation, the new program will bring together a diverse international cohort of founders, providing them with access to tailored mentorship, investor connections, and a pathway to scale their ventures globally.

“Food systems are at the frontlines of the climate crisis. Farmers, consumers, and communities worldwide are already experiencing the effects,” said Umair Sheikh, Founder of Innovate47. “Through this program, we aim to identify bold entrepreneurs with scalable solutions and give them the tools, networks, and capital pathways to make a real impact.”

The Food & Agri Accelerator will run over eight weeks and feature group sessions, as well as access to expert mentors, sector leaders, and investors.

The program utilizes a virtual model designed to fit the schedules of busy founders.

Applications are now open to founders worldwide who are building startups in areas such as regenerative agriculture, agri-fintech, supply chain innovation, food security, and climate-smart farming.
