July 15, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited at their meeting held on today has approved to purchase/acquire a piece of land measuring 31 acres situated at Nooriabad at a price of Rs. 27 million per acre from Indus Heartland Limited (an associated Company).

The land has been acquired for the construction of godown to store cotton, yarn, etc.

The aforesaid information was disseminated by the company via notification to exchange.
