Gold surges to new peak at Rs456,900 per tola

October 17, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Friday, with 24-karat gold being sold at record high of Rs456,900 per tola, up Rs14,100.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs391,718 after a gain of Rs12,089, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs359,087 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs5,504 per tola (+Rs167) and Rs4,718 per 10-gram (+Rs143).
