Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs2,500 per tola

October 02, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs407,778 per tola, down Rs2,500.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs349,603 after a decline of Rs2,144, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs320,481 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs4,839 per tola (+Rs13) and Rs4,148 per 10-gram (+Rs11).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,865 an ounce, up $1.9 or 0.05% from the previous session.

Gold held its level on Thursday, clinging close to the all-time highs reached a day earlier, as political turmoil in Washington underpinned investor demand.
