September 10, 2025 (MLN): Ghandhara Industries Limited (PSX:GHNI) has denied recent claims circulating on social media regarding the company initiating legal proceedings against Master Cherry Group.

The company clarified that it has not issued any legal notice worth Rs3 billion on grounds of defamation to the Master Cherry Group, contrary to circulating reports, according to the company’s statement on PSX today.

“The Company would like to categorically deny the information being mentioned on social media platforms and that we have no connection whatsoever with it,” it stated.

GHNI reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and accountability, emphasizing its dedication to keeping shareholders, regulators, and the public accurately informed.
