Gatron pulls out of NFL,G&T scheme

August 13, 2025 (MLN): Gatron Industries Limited (PSX:
GATI) has shared that it has withdrawn its approval for a proposed Scheme of
Arrangement involving Nova Frontiers Limited (NFL) and Ghani & Tayub
(Private) Limited (G&T), following the decision of both companies to
terminate the plan.
The company stated that its board had initially approved
participation in the scheme, subject to approval by the High Court of
Balochistan and shareholders.
However, NFL and G&T have now resolved to withdraw due
to latest developments, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
GATI clarified that its role in the scheme was purely
administrative and that the primary transaction was between NFL and G&T and
their respective shareholders.
The withdrawal will have no impact on GATI’s business operations, assets, or other shareholders.
