Barkat Frisian Agro sets up subsidiary in dubai freezone

November 18, 2025 (MLN): Barkat Frisian Agro Limited (PSX:BFAGRO) has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Barkat Frisian Agro Global L.L.C-FZ, in the Meydan Freezone, Dubai, U.A.E.

The entity is registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The subsidiary is set up to expand the company’s international footprint by boosting export operations, increasing sales, and securing a stronger presence in the GCC region.

The move is structured to strengthen the “Barkat Frisian” brand and generate long-term value for the company and its shareholders.
