BAHL, TPLP successfully complete sale and purchase transaction for ‘Centrepoint Building’

May 17, 2021 (MLN): Bank Al Habib Limited (BAHL) has successfully completed the sale and purchase transaction for the ‘Centrepoint Building’ subsequent to the completion of all necessary formalities and obtaining of all necessary approvals and consents.

To recall, BAHL had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with TPL Properties Limited for the purchase of its flagship project ‘Centrepoint’, located off Shaheed-e-Millar Expressway near KPT Interchange, Karachi.

Earlier today, the same was confirmed by TPL Properties via an announcement on PSX.
