AT-Tahur Limited approves wholly owned subsidiary

September 12, 2025 (MLN): AT-Tahur Limited (“the Company”) (PSX:PREMA) has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Pakistan, subject to regulatory approvals, and fixed the number of Directors at seven for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The proposed subsidiary will engage in trading materials including maize silage, maize corn, and bypass fat, strengthening the Company’s presence in the agricultural commodities sector, according to the company's statement issued today.

The Board also confirmed that the seven Directors to be elected at the AGM will serve a term of three years, in accordance with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
