November 06, 2025 (MLN): The Competition Appellate Tribunal has struck down the Rs40m penalty on Al-Ghazi Tractors.

Further to the earlier disclosure dated May 14, 2025, regarding the imposition of a penalty on Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited by the Competition Commission of Pakistan, the Competition Appellate Tribunal has set aside the order of the CCP, including the penalty of Rs40m.

This ruling removes the financial burden previously imposed on the company, marking a significant development for Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited and its stakeholders.
