1951 employees relieved of SSGC’s services

August 27, 2021 (MLN): Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) has informed through a notice to Exchange that the company has relieved 1951 individuals including 385 Executives and 1566 subordinates from the company's service that was reinstated under the sacked Employees (Reinstatement) Ordinance with immediate effect.

The above decision is in compliance with the judgment of the honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal No.491/2012 titled “Muhammad Afzal & others vs The Secretary Establishment Division Islamabad & others.”
