CNERGY to explore Cnergyico Isomerate’s merger feasibility

April 28, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Cnergyico Pk Limited ( CNERGY) has authorized the company to explore the feasibility of a potential merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary i.e., Cnergyico Isomerate Pk (Private) Limited with and into the company, along with a potential capital reorganization of the company, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

Upon finalization of the same, the management will present it to the board of directors for their consideration.

Furthermore, the company has also been authorized to, inter alia, engage legal, financial, and such other advisors and consultants as may be required for the purposes of the above, including for preparing necessary documents/drafts for the consideration of the board and ancillary matters.
