ZIL Limited sees major stake transfer to TWF Holding

May 15, 2025 (MLN): ZIL Limited (PSX: ZIL) has reported that TWF HOLDING L.L.C-FZ, wholly owned by Dr. Salomon Jacobus Van Rooijen, has acquired 5.19 million voting shares equivalent to 84.8416% of the company’s total issued voting shares at a price of PKR 297.50 per share.

The acquisition was completed on May 12, 2025, through a Share Purchase Agreement between TWF HOLDING L.L.C-FZ and NEW FUTURE CONSUMER INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, which is also 100% owned by Dr. Salomon Jacobus Van Rooijen.

Prior to this transaction, TWF HOLDING L.L.C-FZ held no shares in ZIL Limited. Following the acquisition, its total shareholding now stands at 5.19m shares, the notification issued to the local bourse.

This transaction falls under the reporting requirements only, as it does not trigger Part IX of the Act, in accordance with Section 109(1)(h)(iii) of the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.
