SE Fruits and Vegetable individual investors lead IPO Book Building allocation

September 23, 2026 (MLN): SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited saw
individual investors emerge as the largest allottee group in its Initial Public
Offering Book Building conducted on September 21-22, 2026, picking up
11,789,315 shares across 39 successful bidders, against 10,710,685 shares
allocated to 22 institutional investors, with the strike price determined at
Rs40 per share.
The company is offering 30mn ordinary shares in total,
representing 32.01% of its post-IPO paid-up capital, and stands to raise Rs1.2bn.
Of this, 22.5mn shares, or 75% of the total issue, were
offered through book-building.
The remaining 7.5mn shares, making up 25% of the issue,
will be offered to the general public on September 28 and 29, a tranche
expected to raise Rs300mn.
The Book Building drew total participation of Rs1,429mn
against the floor-price issue size of Rs900mn, an oversubscription of 1.6x,
with all 61 participating investors declared successful, according to details
shared by book runners Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities Private
Limited in a notice to the Exchange.
Within institutional investors, mutual funds led with 8
bidders securing 2,895,509 shares, followed by "any other institutional
investors" with 6 bidders securing 4,910,895 shares and securities brokers
with 5 bidders securing 1,934,501 shares, taking the grand total to 22,500,000
shares among 61 successful bidders.

Proceeds from the IPO will primarily go toward
strengthening the company's working-capital position, allowing it to undertake
larger seasonal procurement, raise processing throughput and convert rising
international demand into higher export revenue.
