WTL’s parent company expected to be listed on NASDAQ by July 2023

May 29, 2023 (MLN): The listing process of Worldcall Services Private Limited (WSL), the parent company of Worldcall Telecom Limited (PSX: WTL) on NASDAQ through a US entity is expected to be completed by July 2023, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

WSL had announced its intention to list on NASDAQ earlier on October 4, 2022.

WTL is a subsidiary of WSL, and is engaged in providing Wireless Local Loop ("WLL") and Long Distance & International ("LDI") services in Pakistan.

This includes re-broadcasting international/national satellite/terrestrial wireless and cable television and radio signals; interactive communication and to establish, maintain and operate the licensed telephony services.
