PSX, SECP approve Sitara Petroleum IPO via book building

April 27, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan approved the Initial Public Offering of Sitara Petroleum Service Limited, comprising 168,000,000 ordinary shares through the Book Building method.

Of the total issue size, 126,000,000 shares representing 75% will be offered through Book Building at a floor price of Rs13.50 per share, with a maximum price band of Rs18.90 per share, showing a 40% ceiling above the floor.

Eligible Participants can register with PSX starting April 28, 2026, with the window remaining open until May 5, 2026, according to the notice of PSX.

Bidding will take place on May 4 and May 5, 2026. Final collection from successful bidders and refunds on unsuccessful bids are both scheduled for May 6, 2026.
