TSPL shareholder acquires 10% stake in the company

May 30, 2023 (MLN): Imran Arif Dawood, a shareholder of Tri-Star Power Limited (PSX: TSPL) has acquired 1.5 million shares of TSPL, which represents exactly 10% of the shareholding in the company.

This acquisition was disclosed by Dawood as required under Section 110 of the Securities Act 2015, which mandates the disclosure of the acquisition of more than 10% voting shares of a company.

TSPL is a listed company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of electricity.
