TRG’s AGM still on hold due to SHC order

October 06, 2023 (MLN): TRG Pakistan Limited (PSX: TRG) is still unable to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to a Stay Order obtained by the JS Group and others, the company filing on the bourse showed today.

To note, this is in reference to October 25, 2022, when the Sindh High Court (SHC) restrained TRG from holding the AGM until further orders, which continue to remain in force.

As such, the company is unable to hold its AGM (including for FY 2023) till such time the High Court of Sindh allows the company to do so.

"We will inform the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and other stakeholders as and when the AGM can be held." the notice further reads.
