TRG Pakistan receives Sindh High Court orders

March 27, 2025 (MLN): TRG Pakistan Limited (PSX: TRG) has received a certified copy of the orders issued by the Honorable High Court of Sindh in JCM No. 12 of 2025, dated March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025.

These orders pertain to the Public Offer announced by Greentree Holdings Limited and are self-explanatory, the notification issued to the local bourse.

TRG was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on December 2, 2002 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984.

The principal activity of the Company, through its associate, The Resource Group International Limited (TRGIL) is to invest in a portfolio of investments primarily in the Technology, IT enabled services and medicare insurance sectors.
