Topline Securities submits proposed Offer Letter on client’s behalf to acquire 15% stake of Mian Textile Industries

November 26, 2020 (MLN): Topline Securities has submitted the proposed Offer Letter on behalf of Mr. Danish Elahi, to acquire up to 3,315,780 ordinary shares of Mian Textile Industries Limited, constituting 15% of the issued share capital of Company.

The Topline Securities Limited has been appointed as the Manager to Offer by acquirer Mr. Danish, in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Regulations.
