October 27, 2026 (MLN): A manufacturing facility is set to be established in Lahore by Loads Limited (PSX: LOADS) at the company’s own land on Manga Raiwind Road, in a move to strengthen its strategic presence in the region and capitalize on potential business opportunities from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) based in the Northern region.

The proposed facility is intended to improve supply chain efficiency and optimise the company’s manufacturing and logistics arrangements.

The project will leverage the company’s existing production infrastructure in Karachi, while utilizing common machinery and quality arrangements that will be beneficial for both existing and potential OEMs.

The project’s completion cost is estimated at Rs200 million, and production is expected to start before the end of the current financial year.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
