TOMCL retracts 10% bonus share notice

June 21, 2023 (MLN): The Organic meat company limited (PSX: TOMCL) has retracted the announcement pertaining to the issuance of interim and final bonus shares and book closure, the latest company’s filing on PSX showed.

The book closure period will be announced later after the increase in authorized share capital as approved in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on June 20, 2023.

This is in reference to the earlier notice sent today this morning, wherein the board of directors (BoD) of TOMCL in their meeting yesterday approved interim bonus shares in proportion of 1 share(s) for every 10 share(s) held i.e.10 %.
