June 21, 2023 (MLN): The board of directors (BoD) of the Organic meat company limited (PSX: TOMCL) in their meeting yesterday approved interim bonus shares in proportion of 1 share(s) for every 10 share(s) held i.e. 10 %, the company’s filing on PSX revealed.

This will be the interim and final issue of bonus shares for the year ending June 30, 2023.

Moreover, the share transfer books of the company for Interim bonus shares will remain closed from June 22 to June 25, 2023 (both days inclusive).
