DFML, KIA execute TLA project

November 11, 2022 (MLN): The Technical License Agreement (TLA) signed between the Deewan Farooq Motors Limited (DFML) and KIA Corporation (Commercial) Republic of Korea has been executed for the assembly/manufacturing of special-purpose commercial vehicles, the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Friday.
Earlier, DFML entered into TLA with KIA Corporation (Commercial), the Republic of Korea for the assembly/manufacturing of vehicles.
At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs10.57, up by RS0.83 or 8.52% DoD.
