Teradata, IT Minister discuss collaboration for enhanced data management

March 25, 2024 (MLN): Data is the need of the hour in the digital era, and having a stable database is very important to increase the efficiency of government institutions, Minister of State for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja stated during a meeting with Haroon Kanth, Country Director of Teradata Company today.

In the meeting, issues of mutual interest, databases, IT exports, telecom sector were discussed.

Shaza Fatima Khawaja stressed that rapid availability of data plays an important role in decision-making and having an integrated database is very important for better service delivery.

She further expressed that Teradata should collaborate with the government to enhance efficiency and transparency.

To note, Teradata Corporation is an American software company that provides cloud database and analytics-related software, products, and services.
