COIED registers 11 new cases, completes 103 disposals in August 2025
The Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances (COIED) has disposed of 103 cases of missing persons and registered 11 new cases during August 2025, while also preparing to make its KP Registry functional in the third week of September 2025.

Govt approves nearly Rs36bn AIP funding for merged districts of KP
A major funding package of Rs35.968 billion has been released by the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives with the approval of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Accelerated Implementation Programme (AIP).
